I just love the Norwegian version of this song! I know it's disney and corny but I like it. :)

Never mind the animation, but the sound will give you a bare idea... it's so much better if you can nab the acoustic live version from Live 1975-1985 (Disc 3) by Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band. It's my favourite rendition; not as bad as some live versions, but this is a song that works better emotionally than crystal clear. It's brilliant in that version, still wonderful in others... :D Remember; With Springsteen, it's 60% lyrics, 40% music... You can forgive the voice, it doesn't have any weight to carry. ;)
Here is the place where I am to ramble about life and love and languages. You'll probably encounter some quasi-anthropological ranting and a lot of wanderlust. I do try not to be too emo, and occasionally throw in things of worldly interest, so stop by and read if you have a few minutes. :)

The first I heard a long time ago... it is wonderful and beautiful.
Yes, and sad. :) And The River is so very real... it's about teenage pregnancy, but it's beautiful, too... they're looking back to when they were teens, had to drop out and get married, now he works for a construction company, and all their dreams have vanished. The middle one is... okay, but I really like it for some reason. :)
That er, smaller lion voice, whoever sings that, has a beautiful voice.
