I suppose you're right: once Tolkein takes hold of you, he never lets go.

Wow, I didn't even think about that. They might try to lump us with the Corsairs, but once in ME we can forsake our pirate ways and go hobbit. In the land of the blind, the one eyed man is king, eh?
I have a lj too, though I mostly use it for fandom purposes. Even then I don't use it that much ^^; I'm so shy when it comes to strangers on the internet.
:P As well you should be. There are a lot of scary ones.
But, I met one of my best friends, my first love, and the best penpal ever online, so I'm one to talk, eh?
