Lutefisk?
They seem to have an entire chapter, or nearabouts, about Lutefisk in my Norwegian book. Is it so spectacular? There was some dialogue where they were talking about it looking nasty but tasting great. I'm confused :P

Thanks for the clarification! I may not try it, as I am already ashamed that Swordfish made the otherwise empty list of Fish I Know I Dislike. Tastes like albino steak! Nasty!
